looks great...a couple of things tho...
the text on many pages (bio, resume, news and press) scales when the browser window is resized so it can stick out past your horizontal rules...this also affects the work index pages when you resize the window...i dunno if you want to make it non-scalable...
also (this may just be me) but i dont think you need the "wireframe mode" at all...i realize this may be a form of copy-protection but someone could still take a screenshot just as easily...i dunno
and i agree with everyone that a link back to the main work section is necessary when viewing the large images
