I've lived here (PDX) for 10 years now. It is indeed WEIRD! in my 20's I thought dreads, piercings, tattoos, tall bikes, fixies, smoking weed and protests where cool now everyone that moves here is thinks the same. It's like they think they're "thinking different" but in fact they're just as a conformist as the people their rebelling against.
Plus PDX was just voted the 3rd most toxic city in the US. TAKE THAT YOU STINKING HIPPIES!
