your work looks good but the site's navigation is a little strange: links and non-links look exactly the same (Safari OS X). This is especially confusing, on the 'News & Press' page.
as someone else mentioned, after you go through a couple of the portfolio peices (clicking the grey >>), there's no easy way to get back.
i'm not sure why you need a logo and link to Media Template on every page, especially since there's no description what it is or how it's related to your site
