    I've only visited once but was pretty impressed with the city. It's small but has a decent arts scene. The Warhol Museum alone is worth it. Real estate is ridiculously cheap and winters suck.

    • I think Ottawa has the most in Canada though, so I'm guessing that's more than Pittsburgh. But not sure.Jaline
