  Take a bunch of photos of the scene you want a panaramic of, overlapping slightly at the same exposure and aperture level then...

  In Photoshop CS3:
  File>Automate>Photomerge

  Use automatic, this usually works fine, if photoshop messes up, try using interactive layout.

  (the 350D doesn't have this funtion built in, its something generally found in some better point and shoot cameras)
