Let's see...senior level freelance in NYC...maybe around $120/hr.? Is that too little/too much? I'd figure out how much time it will realistically take, factor in your rate, and then add 1/3 to the time because that's how it always goes. Do a flat fee up to a certain # of hours, then build in a clause for XX per hour for if/when the job runs too long.
