    Greedo, this isn't further into the future. This is earlier than the very first flashforward we see.

    Remember? Jack is disheveled, losing his mind, and talks to Kate near the airport, and she leaves him in disgust to go back to Aaron.

    Last night's episode was obviously the beginning of Jack's downward spiral, probably because of the island tormenting him with ghosts and shit.

    Also, I'm really pissed that Russeau is actually dead. WTF. I thought she would have survived. Complete waste of a great character. I was waiting forever for her flashback.
