Modify the governing metaphor. Why is the passport so compelling? crossing boundaries? adventure? patriotism? global reach? rubber stamping? what?
Find out where that idea has traction with them and suggest an alternative closer to their mission and tradition ( and your skills and inclination.)- passport to success. I see. Tell dollar is to weak for that kind of travel.********
