that damn chihuahua that lives next door and squeezes through the slats in our fence every chance she gets. These guys let the dog out every morning at 6. She yips at nothing in particular for a solid half hour. One time my wife & I were doing yard work in the front. I turned around, looked toward the back, and saw this frickin rat-dog barking at me from my own backyard.
