  A prettyboy sans gayness just about sums it up. They dress good, spend more than a minute on their hair, wear designer clothes, nice shoes, a nice watch, anything that helps them to look like a D&G ad. The complete opposite of a country boy. But, their not gay, their 100% straight, they do all of this to get women. If your gay and do this, then you're just gay and a fashionista. I don't think someone whose gay can be considered for metrosexuality, can they?
