dont try to quit, quitters always fail.
its just a matter of re-adjusting your mind-set.stop smoking. thats it. it is like you never smoked.
think about it like this, if you quit and someone asks you when you quit, the usuall answer is "10 months, 3 weeks, 4 days and 11 seconds" see this is wrong, you as a "quiter" are puting a shelf life on the day you quit, so really you arent telling this person the day you quit, you are only counting the days and keeping track of them til the day you start smoking again. this is why quittters always fail.now lets take a step back and the same person comes up to you as asks if you smoke?? your answer is plain and sime, no sorry i dont smoke. {like you never did} you stopped, its plain and simple, you arent counting the days, you arent keeping track of what you are without the cigs, you arent caring about the smoke and just living your life and going forward and you arent a failure or a quiter.
you made the decision and you are sticking with it.
i speak from first hand experience. i smoked marlboro reds for 17 years at 4 packs a day. im not sure when i stopped as im not keep ing track of it but i know its over 6 years... i gained my sense of tastes, smell and i look fucking healthy as i can... my skin is clear and clean and i dont stink like a fuckingashtray and omg girls now speak to me more than ever because i dont smell like ass.
so there it is your 2 choices... either you are a failure or you are a winner... pick one so we can label you and point our fingers!!!
*look there goes the "failure"!!!
or
*look at that there is a total "winner"!!!! smells nice too!!!
