Highlands is getting pricier, lotsa mid-high end developments completing soon (about 700k+).
Jefferson Park, right next door, has some better deals for purchasing. 32nd and Lowell is a nice area, Tennyson area is changing quickly. Even Sunnyside is getting better, although more single-family (although a client does have very nice units for sale - www.43v2.com)Skip Stapleton.
I own my place in Highlands/Jeff Park area and love it. 5 minutes to lodo in rush hour traffic. Love it.
We might be developing some townhouses near here for about 400-500k each, if you want to buy a place :-)
Give ya a great deal on preconstruction pricing! What's your budget? You are looking for a rental?
