ideally you would want to create all you sections on one long movieclip, then you could have them slide into place properly with action script, at the moment it only seems to fool you if you click through the nav in order, other wise the slide 'jumps' showing a quick flash and slide out of a section you may not yet of seen.
And I think your line lengths are too long with not enough leading to make me want to read.
