Yep. that is a common thing dude.
According to Nike the data sent to the challenges is secondary. The priority for the data is to just show up in "my runs". I also read that it can take up to 2 hours for the data to show on a regular day, although there is a chance the data would take close to half a day in some cases when the site is busy.
