I got in 3 1/4 miles last night for my first run of the year. Only stopped once to stretch. Felt good! I've got a nice route that is generally 30 minutes door to door.
Sometimes I've noticed that even when itunes sends data to the nike site, it doesn't show up instantly. Anyone else experience this?
