Interesting original post though, thanks for showing Llyod. Not sure what all the shoite that followed it is about mind you.
Its a fucked situation and getting more so I think. We are obliged to live under survellance and now we are having our rights to make visual records suppressed. I foresee a future where street photography is a strictly underground activity, with covert camera hardware being built into lapels by keen amateurs who then meet in secret at night in underground car parks to swap pictures of fucking Boggs The Bakers on Drab Street in Boringcester.
