It's got nothing to do with MT or any host - somehow they've managed to get your email address (not from your site though - looks like you've already protected that from harvesting) and they've entered it into their DB, to automatically add in as the sender or whatever, and they're sending all these addresses from some other place.
This lot will die down as all the recipients either reject you (with the bouncebacks you're getting now), add you to their spam list or just delete 'your' mails - tomorrow they'll use some other address, the day after - someone else's. This'll carry on ad nauseum until either a) we get the whole system fixed (God knows how) or b) the markets for Viagra, Cialis, auto insurance and Russian wives bottoms out.
