and keep in mind that % applies to more than just your rent; heat, electric, etc... so if the taxman comes back and bites you in 5 years, its gonna hurt.

- US i dunno; was 7 years in canada.. they just reduced to 5horton
- yeah, i thought it was 7 that you were on the hook for. 3 years is the typical audit for what they WILL look at.
