UPDATE!
So, this is my last week here - my boss has signed an agreement saying he is paying me amount owing, I only sent out my CV/Folio last friday and I've already been to one interview and have got 3 others this week at places that are offering nearly double my pay here so that's good but then on the weekend the production manager called me saying he was chatting to the boss and telling him he doesnt want me to leave and they concluded that they would ask me if if I would stay.
The production guy was telling me about how things would be different because he is going to work with the boss to restructure things so that people are treated properly etc.
I'm really tempted to stay - I think if they offer me more dollars and show me what changes would be made in the running of things...I might stay....
The reason is the jobs we work on here are really good and like I've said before the place is cool - I feel like those people in relationships who can't leave because they keep wanting to believe things will change! hahaha
