Your client just want the mock ups? no development work?
That's hard to say. Usually you charge clients based upon your experience and abilities.
When someone ask me to quote on a project then I usually try to figure out how much time it'll take me to create the work and then multiply that by 50. I take a look at the number and the client to see if they can afford it. I usually think my prices are too high, but remember freelancing you need to cover your own overhead.
