Running sucks, but you can't beat it for the easiest way to stay in shape. Rumor has it a 20 minute run will stay with you for a good bit of the day. That's a lousy 20 minutes, but works really well.
THEN you grab the gin, silly para. And to really look like a fitness freak mumble something about low carbs.
