i hate to tell you guys but if you play this game of who you can't work for...you won't be working. even the so-called 'good' companies have done 'wrong'. its about making money, and if there is money to made and costs to be cut most will do whatever it takes. i can assure you that ma and pa shops are doing harmful things at a much smaller scale. the documentary that was linked is very informative, but doing whatever it takes to make money isnt a new thing. businesses have been selling harmful products before the corporation become such a big entity. its hard to avoid and it is very disconcerting. i just find it hard to research every damn company before i buy anything. even going to whole foods, i am sure there has been 'corruption, lies and deceit' within that company even though they are supposedly this very consciousness company. the best you can is to not give your money to the big offenders.
