I pluck my eyebrows a bit (actually I shave them as plucking is too fem) to create a more aesthetic appearance. Manicure too (only a personal scrub up, no beauty ssalon shite) Sun beds... And the ladies love it! Men should dress for women and not to impress other men.
I once had the opportunity to work with David Beckham and he is on another level when it comes to Metrosexual... He's pretty much an average looking pretty boy but he has been preened within an inch of his life (hair, skin, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes, beard, teethe (sort of?!, hands, legs arms etc etc))... also he has learnt to cock and arch his eyebrows so they appear more pronounced, looks weird but elegant... Lets call that megametrosexualismo!!!
The way I see it is the more pride you take in your appearance the more the ladies will who you attract...
