i am in san fran.. its a great city.
But if you are considering here ... think of these things first.
1. Rent. High... very high.
2. It is the fastst Shrinking City in the nation at the moment.
3. Dont move here unless you have a secure job lined up BEFORE you move out here.4. Its a great place.. just plan most of your money going to rent and bills...... most likely you cant afford a house.... so you will be renting... and since cost of living is pretty high... its hard to save up money here also.
The people that live here live here for 2 reasons.
1. they are rich, love it and can afford it.
2. They dont have high paying jobs but love the lifestyle so much they are willing to sacrifice alot of things...things to think about..
personally if i was rich..lol i aint.. i would live in SF
if i made normal wages.. i would live in boston
