    Another great steak method:
    Sear the steaks in the pan, minute on each side or so.
    Take them out, leaving the drippings, and place aside, cover with foil.
    Deglaze the pan with any of the following: Red wine, vermouth, or B&B Liquer, burning off the alcohol.
    Add some chicken stock, chopped onions and mushrooms.
    Reduce heat, and let the liquid reduce.
    Once veggies are sauteed, add steaks back into pan. Let them go for 5 minutes on low heat, each side.
