    make some rosemary butter to add at the end when you let your steak rest for a couple of mins. put the steak in when its the pan is very very very hot hot. dont move it or fiddle with it for at lest 2 mins. flip and leave it, dont fiddle with the poor thing. and whalla after 2 mins . nice rump steak(always leave it to rest). also when you marinate your steak or pre season don't use pepper, or any herbs . only salt. pepper will burn and taste shit.
