Actually elektromuzak, what I disagree with is what you said about the NE. A lot of the NE is still very much white. I could drop some census numbers, but there's really no point.
If anyone is curious about Portland from a housing, census, crime, zoning, blah blah blah, etc. point of view, there's no better source than www.portlandmaps.com
- Yeah, NE is mostly white (i live here), yet he was right about the Lloyd Center. More diversity in North PDX.arthur
