That implies that not only do you NOT feel that way about the republican party as it currently is, but you dismiss and hold disdain for those who feel otherwise. Saying "is it just cool," dismisses real viewpoints as irrelevant or trendy. Lumping that generalization in with an overall colored 'hipster creed' generalizes people even further.
- Not so, I just want to know if feelings are as extreme as they often seem on here. If it's just a trend, than whatever, if someone isn't well informed, they probably won't respond anyhow. I understand I've loaded the question a bit.We clearly know YOUR answer.
- I don't know that you do. I'm fed up with politics, but genuinely interested in why people seem to hold this ingrained despise for anything republican, just curious how well informed opinions are. The general attitude seems to be unquestioned disdain. Republicans = Capitalism = Evil
