planet, that wasn't simply your question at all. You followed it with:
"or, is that just what is cool? you know, any corporation is just greedy, etc. etc. - i make all my own clothes, grow my own food, listen to music you've never heard of, don't shop at any store ending in mart, etc, etc, blah blah blah."That implies that not only do you NOT feel that way about the republican party as it currently is, but you dismiss and hold disdain for those who feel otherwise. Saying "is it just cool," dismisses real viewpoints as irrelevant or trendy. Lumping that generalization in with an overall colored 'hipster creed' generalizes people even further.
Had you simply stated the question, you would have gotten a simple response.
