yo...i like the idea of putting all your motion pieces in flash...ive always wondered why more motion cats dont do that...
my suggestion would be to re-evaluate the information design of that layout...start with your goal (attracting clients for motion work) then organize your portfolio projects, cv, etc. in order of importance as to how they contribute to that goal...then create a visual design that conveys that hierarchy...
i think you should make your projects navigable by category rather than having them all displayed at once...and information, skills, resume/cv can really all be one section
i like some of the elements but its too cluttered...your work is nice, let it be the focal point...
maybe think a little more minimal, a little more usable, and try to plan some nice transitions for the nav (but nothing crazy)
