step 1: prepare your exit strategy... that is, make sure your CV and portfolio is completely ready and hot to be send out to other companies.
step 2: start checking vacancies
step 3: shortlist your opportunities and start contacting possible new employers. Needless to say you won't tell this to anyone except your mum and partner.
step 4: now, and only now start discussing with your other colleagues to confront unitedly the management.
step 5: prepare yourself for the fact that most of your great colleagues and seemingly friends will hang you out to dry to do the dirty work for them: be the cannon fodder that will force the management to actually pay everyone... you ofcourse will possibly be sacked.
step 6: in another world, you would succeed, you would be paid again and live happily ever after wrking at the dream company.
however, it is likely that nothing will change and you will need to find new employment, but at least you have a headstart.
