  Nearly sold on the refined version.. I've settled on a slightly different "y" with the "m" like top. I have tweaked the "a" slightly giving it a flat base (not sure about this though). At this stage we're ditching the "pink leaf" it is a sad day, but after some deliberation with the client we've come to think that it is not needed as part of the identity.
