Hmmm...not sure. I used to do that all the time in bathtubs, haha. My lugs have gotten weaker over the years....seriously. My throat closes up sometimes on the bus from the shitty air and I still have asthma (although I don't use my puffer much anymore on purpose). I think playing music actually helped to strengthen my breathing skills.
