still not quit...YET
I spoke to my production manager (good guy) today, he let me know bout how the boss (bad guy) was on friday, the day I didnt come in...
this time apparently it was a genuine mistake, the good guy assured me he sat with him (bad guy) while he contacted the bank.
even though still I've been paid 1-10 days late every pay time since the start of 08. I talked to him numerous times and he almost laughed it off and actually said to me, 'I made a boo boo' I felt like hitting him in the face...anyway my friend (good guy) told me that the boss (bad guy) was really unhappy that I just didnt come in to work and that I shouldve called him to talk to him about it earlier to sort it out etc.
I STILL havent been paid, I was going to not going in until I was but Im thinking of going in tomorrow to try do the right thing and chat? I'm pretty certain that I'll be leaving, already started applying elsewhere and stuff, I got a feeling that he might just get rid of me cause of this - in his mind I didnt come in for no reason, in his mind the pay problem doesnt exist.
