Craigslist: ART DIRECTOR / ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the creative process; ensure the marketing materials / programs support the implementation of each client’s marketing communication plan
Lead / Art Direct the development of creative concepts and designs and be responsible for hands-on design of projects
Manage client account relationships and grow business by cross-selling services with existing clients
Consult with clients to identify marketing goals objectives and recommend or target marketing c communications solutions to achieve their objectives.
Develop creative approaches/solutions designed to meet target audience needs and concerns.
Responsible for Project Management; adhere to budget and deadlines, and ensure projects adhere to client positioning
Art direct photography and illustration
Participate in vendor relationship management / communication; make printer / paper selections
Manage relationship with creative services vendorsRequirements:
10 years of relevant Design / Art Direction experience with solid Marketing knowledge
Excellent portfolio samples demonstrating broad design / art direction experience and excellent ability to concept and create effective marketing communications materials for all media; samples should include direct mail, displays, corporate communications, brochures, logos, and design for websites and multimedia
Ability to understand client market / products in order to effectively develop marketing communication materials
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within an established budget
Strong leadership and coaching skills; proven ability to lead and direct Designers to create excellent marketing solutions and work collaboratively
Solid understanding of and experience with various communication concepts, practices, and procedures
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkXPress
Bachelors degree and/or graduate of commercial art school.
