  Damn it, I had the conditional tags all wrong.

  Should be:

  <!--[if IE 6]>
  <link href="style/ie6_compatibility.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen" />
  <![endif]-->

  Now it parses the CSS.

  @TResudek: Sure let me have a look. But isn't it for Joomla?
