imagine Russia or Germany or China or any nation said "hey US we feel Sadam needs to taken out. you've already fought with him so don't worry we'll take care of it"
Do you think the US would let russia wage war with Iraq - even if they claimed their only motivation was to get Saddam out of power?
honestly, do you think the US would let anyone else fight this "war on terror" - NO
