  1 and 2 have too many nuclear connotations, not sure if it's a purely nuclear energy consultancy.
  As has been said already, 3 is too BP for comfort.
  4 looks a bit 80s but I like the idea of the grid.
  5 looks a bit like a sherif's badge.

  I actually really like 6, it's simple, has meaning and looks good and doesn't look to corporate power company, it's a bit different from other companies in the field which I like.

  Either way, I commend you for not going down the road of shiny, bubbly web2.0 aesthetic or the BT cloud of amorphous blobs etc
