  Maybe we're missing something, but I also feel let down by a band who i grew up with and loved for their sheer unpretentious, frighteningly beautiful and freakishly effortless soul searching music. "The spell is now broken" quoted one magazine.

  I really do hope they make another album and show me I'm wrong, and Portishead are not lost.
