    Only people in the UK can watch it as we have to pay a $220 tax per year to the BBC. It's like a TV tax and we pay it to watch TV. If other countries would like to pay some £ toward the BBC they might make it available to those countries. It might also reduce the price we have to pay. I know the tax is lower than it should be due to some foreign countries buying the programmes.

    I bet your all thinking it's mad, it is mad. However, we have NO adverts on our BBC channels.
