Two people not on your list Essien and Fabregas, though they both haven't been playing true to their form as of late (though Essien was hurt earlier in the season). I think Cesc can be good enough to make the Top 10 if you take in consideration the entire season however.
Kaka is way too high. I'd put Torres ahead of him easily. Though I am quite partial to the EPL, heh.
Adebayor played like a man possessed when Van Persie went out and I think he has been suffering a bit from the extra time header that went off the crossbar during the first AC Milan Champions League Match (and thrashing from ManU at the FA Cup).
