ok, I'll explain; Scoobie Doo abd Shaggy are renowned for their zany Mary Jane habits we know that much. Another thing we can be sure of is that the Janitor is always to be suspected. Janitors proudly display their enormous keychains.
These crazy kids were obviously using this disjointed metaphor as a coded way of communicating their associations with drugs.
