It's called Flushwear™.
The chain is a mark that you're in the know. When two people wearing similiar chains met in the street a ritual of 'pulling each others' comes into effect.
The first person to burp the loudest wins. A Flush Gush™ (when the a person farts first) is awarded by swapping chains.
The longer the chain the more respect you get...
