I can't believe this question is back again. No offense to the original poster here who obviously hasn't seen seen all the other threads about this, but it comes up about once a week it seems.
Creative Director: Sincere. Self serious. Fuelled by passion. Ego like an eggshell, all about creativity originating from the heart. Its a painful process birthing original concepts onto moodboards.
Art Director: Gollum. Blagger. Fuelled by cocaine. Skin like a rhino. All about trolling designer's and illustrator's sites for his answers. Its a piece of piss knocking up a pdf of other people's work in a wifi pub.
