It wont necessarily be a specific font. It looks old, and custom made. It would probably have been drawn on a blueprint sheet then jigsaw-cut out of wooden planking, so it is 2nd or 3rd generation derivative at best. Its an 'Egyptian' and it reminds me of Consort Condensed or something along those lines.
