  Rackspace has great customer service, though it's very expensive for what you get in terms of hardware. Slicehost's pricing cannot be beat and there is always someone, if not multiple people, in the Campfire chat room to answer any question you have.

  Check out articles.slicehost.com. They've got some great how-tos that aren't Slicehost specific, but they get you started fast.

  • I hear you on the price. But to be honest they didn't overquote my client's needs, which others did....emecks
