Do you know something, I once showed this gif to my missus with tears rolling down my face and laughing like a distressed pig. She watched it for a few moments, stoney faced, and said "its boys humour". I asked her if she found it funny at all and she said "No, its a pelvic floor strengthening exercise", and I... I just... it...
I felt so stupid. Then I watched it again and laughed so hard a lung momentarily escaped from my mouth like a Volvo airbag.
