  I often get the idea that some day, that place is just going to fail - like some kind of mega economical fail that will make the place irrelevant, unaffordable, and pointless.

  And then it's just going to be this gigantic uninhabited city. Could you imagine that? All those skyscrapers and resorts and crazy buildings and no one there. It has the makings of a good apocalyptic type of movie, you think?
