dude -- it's a scam. the letter doesn't even make sense. upon first read, it sounds like to me they're sending you 1.2 million "samples" of those medals for your "examination."
i dont' know what t/t is but l/c is letter of credit -- so they're essentially going to pay you with a piece of paper saying they have the cash to cover the 1.2 million medals, which will shortly be arriving on your doorsteps if you agree to this arrangement.
either:
a) they're funneling a purchase using your company as a filter.
or
b) they're posing as someone that wants your design services, but really trying to unload a stock of 1.2 million pieces of junk.just my opinion.
