Flourescents don't convert into four colour. Best you'll get is a computer's guess at what sort of tone it might be.
Your best best is to build your design out of solid cyans yellows and magentas with maybe a 10-20% tint of each other mixed in to take it away from a process-feel palette eg 100%Y+15%M, 100%C+20% yellow.
